I know many people my age who are going after careers and jobs that only provide them with decent pay at the cost of their sanity. People are hustling so hard that sometimes they forget to take care of themselves. Remember guys, your mental health is more important than anything! We all have to take care of ourselves and the people around us. Meditate, pray, and check up on your friends! One message can really turn someones day around.

Her take on confidence and body image:

Try embracing the anxiety for a bit and just see how things turn out instead of just running away and being afraid.
